Problem:
Please pray for my boss. She seems so very very unhappy and it shows in the way she treats her employees. Employees are scared of her. There have been several times when she has been extrememly rude and screamed at employees for silly mistakes that they have made. I was hired knowing the difficulty I would face in working for her, however reality has far outdone the rumors. I don't think she is a believer in anything. I feel that she is a good person underneath the hate and anger. I just don't understand why she acts in the horrible ways that she does. I am looking for another job after just recently getting this job because she has told me several things she would do but then has not done any of them. I can not trust her and fear to even confront her with what she has said because of her out of control anger she shows at least 2 sometimes 3 times a week.
